Since my mom developed early onset dementia, I've been her full-time caregiver. I cared for her along with my three year-old toddler, at times I felt so overwhelmed. My mom ended up having a fall at home and was referred here. Sunrise has been able to provide the care that my mom needs 24/7. I never knew her insurance covered this, I know she's safe and in good hands. I would recommend.

My husband's been there for about a month now and I am very very pleased From the day when I went to check it out before he went there. I left with a very good feeling and I still have a very good feeling. The staff is wonderful. So far the quality of care is great he's been in therapy. He went there not talking walking able to sit up at bedside and he's already conquered them. I arrived here 16 months ago 12 days after a 5-disk cervical spine fusion. I was in a great deal of pain and realize now that I was also suffering from depression. For 4 months I was unable to get out of bed. Without exception the staff never gave up on me. In the beginning I couldn't even feed myself. Horrible!!! Some I take care of an elderly lady that was transferred there today April 27, 2026. According to there website it says they are open 24 hours. I've been trying to call for an hour. Some man's voice come on sounding very rude and when I try to ask about the patient I get disconnected!!! I will be filing a report tomorrow!

You can never get a hold of anyone on the phone nobody picks up Some people work during the day the can't get up there during the day so they call but nobody picks up what's up

My husband spent 4 days here. The doctor in charge saw him once. Changed all the meds the hospital put him on, and changed his health insurance without consulting him or me. He begged me to take him home on Sunday against doctor's orders. Didn't find out till Monday when the mail came what they had done! Scary place with bars surrounding everything.

BEWARE of this facility!!! My grandmother was transferred here and within HOURS she was lost. If it wasn't for my mother visiting who knows how long she would have gone unoticed. Higher management was of no help and avoided my mother. My grandmother was found by police hours later and the staff LIED about finding my grandmother at a grocery store nearby. My hope is that this NEVER happened to anyone and a report with police on this facility has been filed. It was previously called banning healthcare. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
