This is a great nursing home. They did a really good job with my grandmother, even though she will not have the outcome we hoped for which is not their fault, they are taking great care of her. Kim is great at the hospital and made my family feel calm about her coming to the building and answered a lot of questions, she prepared my grandma too and made her not be scared, the staff has been very good to us as well. They treat their employees like garbage. I actually got fired because I threatened to report the administrator for treating me very bad and screaming at me. They do not care about their residents they make it impossible for their needs to be met by working their employees short staffed. They have ran off almost all of their good employees because they have no respect for their employees. My Mother went there in October when it was still using the name Bethesda. She was 91 and needed rehab for a fall. They put her in a room that was very cold. Her fingers were blue. I asked to move her they would not. Twice after her shower they put her to bed with her head wet. Her TV on her side was missing and she just laid there. Finally the last day she was there they brought one. She ended up with pneumonia. I asked the nurse practitioner to send her to the hospital.
