My 92 year old mom received excellent care for her 2 month stay following an accident. Everyone from the business office, to the nursing staff, to the occupational and physical therapists were absolutely amazing! I highly recommend Silver Hills if you are looking for a caring environment for your loved one. My mom even raved about the food!

Communication and service at Silver Hills Heath Care is TERRIBLE. They were fined in September 2021 for patient neglect. They did not give my Mom the care she deserved & their physical rehab director (who has also been fined) ended our Mom's rehab. She died less than a week later.

Food served cold with no utensils. Staff are very unprofessional and rude. Roaches in rooms. Covid protocol not followed at all. Staff seem to have no clue as to what they are doing, nor do they care. Call buttons, if answered, take 45 minutes to an hour for a response. At some point you start to feel they are only in it to see how much they can milk your insurance company. Avoid at all costs.
