DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE! THEY ARE SO UNORGANIZED AND ALMOST KILLED MY MOTHER. This place is awful. My mom was there for 3 days and when we went to visit she was almost in a diabetic coma. I had to make a big fuss to get them to call 911.

The facility was cleaned and ready. The staff was pleasant and friendly. However, the instructions on how to use the electronic door was unclear and resulted in me waiting for staff to get out of the building. Someone failed to get me the correct code.

My cousin has pleaded for seven months for a pair of eyeglasses so he can more easily see. They’ve promised him to address the matter but niow, seven months later, he is still unable to see clearly.

We couldn’t be more grateful for the care our loved one received at Eaton Creek. From the moment we arrived the staff made us feel welcome ,safe, and truly cared for. Jessica Bass(RN) stood out tremendously treating our loved one with PATIENCE, kindness, and respect every step of the way. The facility itself is clean, peaceful, and feels more like a community than a care center. The work that is done here means more than words can say!
