From the nurses to the administrative team, everyone treats loved ones like family. The facility is always clean, meals are well-balanced, and the activities keep the residents engaged and happy. We’re incredibly grateful to have found a place where our loved one feels safe, respected, and well cared for. Highly recommended!
If you have to be in a skilled nursing facility this is the one you need to come to because of all the staff makes sure you get and have any thing you need to get better
We couldn’t be more grateful for the care our loved one received at Eaton Creek. From the moment we arrived the staff made us feel welcome ,safe, and truly cared for. Jessica Bass(RN) stood out tremendously treating our loved one with PATIENCE, kindness, and respect every step of the way. The facility itself is clean, peaceful, and feels more like a community than a care center. The work that is done here means more than words can say!
I never do reviews but I felt I must share my experiences with others who are very fearful of medical staff due to horror stories. But I must say Jessica B. was my aunt’s nurse and she made the fear disappear. Her care was top tier but her big smile, and warm personality and welcoming spirit was an extra bonus. I will say there are still many nurses who LOVE their jobs. And Jessica is one of them!
