My husband left the hospital into the care of this facility he was there 6 days and back in the hospital straight to micu he was there 6 days and then died. He died 2/1/2025. They didn't keep me posted about him getting worse. He called me on 1/4/2025 and told me he called the ambulance and he loved me. That was the last words he said to me. I am Conservator of my mom and have found the staff very helpful and caring with my mom. She can be a handful at times but she is treated with ultimate respect. Staff keep us informed of all issues as we live out of State. My husband is a retired NHA and feels the same way as I do about AHC-McNairy!

My 1st visit was good the staff was nice and the place was clean . The only reason its 4 not 5 star is because no one was there to greet me and help me find where I was going

Staff was so kind and helpful to us while visiting our Aunt and cousin today. The facility was so clean and decorated so nice for Halloween. So pleased our family members are happy and content with where they live.

It would be a five star, but my aunt had to wait on a nurse ten minutes to go to the restroom. That being said, I’m not sure it’s the nurses fault, rather a staffing issue. The facility is very clean and every employee I had an interaction with was good. Nurses and especially nurse assistants are GREATLY UNDER APPRECIATED! I have no doubt that the next review will be a five star! Thank you to all the people that truly care and make places like this function daily!
