One of the most unprofessional nursing homes I’ve ever in my entire life witnessed. These people who work here are extremely ignorant, rude, disgusting human beings! They treat the residents like garbage! They make their residents feel like simple task is ruining there entire day. They leave people in there diapers for hours unattended! A few weeks ago at my store right down the street I had an old lady fall out of her wheelchair in my parking lot with 2 nurses from this nursing home inside my store watching me. You can guarantee that Norwood Towers will do [he absolute bare minimum required by law to ensure your care. Call buttons go unanswered. Staff sleeps regularly during shifts. If you're trying to loose weight then this is the place for you. Trays aren't enough to fill a 5 year old much less a grown adult ensuring your days are filled with hunger.
My mother received excellent care at Norwood Towers! The staff is wonderful, so caring and compassionate. If we had a guestion or a concern it was addressed immediately. After working with therapy, nursing staff and the rest of her care team, she successfully returned home. We are grateful for the care and team members that made that possible! Thank you!
My mom (98yr old) is at Norwood Towers since may 2023. I am so happy, the staff is wonderful & treats my mom like Family. 💕 Thanks to everyone at Norwood Towers they've gone above & beyond for my Mom.. they actually have my mom spoiled. one last note.*** This isn't a Fake review. This place is beyond disgusting! You can tell with facilities how residents are treated based on if they have money or not. It’s sad! This place is infested with roaches and some were even crawling on the residents bed. If you’re OCD like me then this will have you sitting like a statue not wanting to touch nothing. It’s apparent that administration could care less, it’s all about a coin. The main concern should be a sanitary place for residents to live as well as their safety.
