The entire staff is so helpful and friendly. My cousin. Mary Lynn Long room 119. is a resident and they are so kind to her. They treat her with dignity. The facility is so clean! I interacted with Christina G and she showed genuine interest in my cousin. Bea at the front desk is very friendly. I highly recommend Sundance Creek. Thank you for taking care of my cousin. Sincerely, Rachel Leggett Beron
After end-stage osteoarthritis in one leg and two fractures in the other, I found myself--a 77-year-old gal who had never been hospitalized--facing a non-weight-bearing recovery. My doctor recommended Sundance Creek Post Acute in Banning, so I went online to do a little research. Sundance Creek did not have the greatest reviews but then again the other facilities in this category did not fair that well either. So Sundance it was! It is established that online reviews for rehab centers can be mostly negative and grim. I dec... read more
This was a great temporary stay for my mom while she was recovering from a broken ankle. The nurses were attentive and supportive. I setup a laundry basket to wash my mom's clothes and the nurses respected my wishes to wash her clothes. Thank you to everyone at Sundance Acute for helping my mama!
They have a very loving and caring team at SDCPA . They do their best to get your love ones back home where they belong.
I would not recommend this facility. My Dad was there for 10 months and we found the care to be subpar and inconsistent. He has a catheter and was constantly getting infections because they did not flush is regularly, the nursing staff is always different so there is no way to build a relationship with his providers. They didn't evaluate his condition to advise or suggest care. For example he has Type 2 Diabetes. Foot care is especially important. I discovered that not only were they not cleaning him regularly but the condit... read more
I am writing to formally express deep concern and outrage regarding the treatment my aunt received during her stay at your facility. What my family and I witnessed was not just disappointing, it was inexcusable! From the moment she was admitted, there were immediate red flags. Despite the presence of numerous staff members, basic standards of care were not met. My aunt was repeatedly left in soiled garments for extended periods, and critical medications were delayed or entirely missed. The neglect was not subtle....it was b... read more
My mother was here for 13 months. I honestly thought they were a great place to take care of my mother. They are NOT! During one of my visits I witnessed blood on my mother's shirt. The nurse that was in the room said that it was chocolate milk. I looked closer at the shirt and saw that the chocolate milk was spilled through the inside. It wasn't chocolate milk. It was blood. When she took her shirt off, she had bleeding sores on her body. I was so angry. I went to visit my mother a few days after the incident. The head pers... read more
