The nurses on the fourth floor were very caring and supportive during my mother's stay. Many of the nurse aides developed a respectful relationship with my mother which was very meaningful to us. The staff continuously adapted her care based on evolving needs.
Tear the facility down and rebuild and find a company that puts quality care and dignity over profit! They even had to rename their name from Vista....
