I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident My father was in the rehab section of Richland Post Acute. It was very nice. They're very busy, so they took a little bit longer to answer, which is fine. I loved all of the therapists that he worked with. They were all very helpful and took the time to talk to me when I had questions. When they would come in, they were very attentive to his needs. I am/was a resident of this facility I stayed at Richland Rehabilitation Center. It was clean. The food was goodand had a lot of fiber in it. The nurses were excellent, and their care was phenomenal. They provided entertainment, so there was always something to do, and I was very busy when I was there. It was a very good place. If you have to be in a place like that, then it's a good place to be. I am a friend or relative of a resident My sister was at Richland Rehab twice, and it was very nice. She enjoyed all the girls there; most of them were women but there were a couple of men. She liked it. She was in there twice because she has liver cirrhosis. When they get the ammonia down, they send her to rehab for two weeks. The living quarters were fine and they allowed the people to wander up and down the halls at night, and she felt a little bit insecure about that.

I am/was a resident of this facility In the last two years, I have been in a care center twice. Richland Rehab Center is where I stayed. The people were great; the nurses, the helpers, all of the people were really good. I think they try to make it the best experience it could possibly be. In places like that, the food is always a problem because they have to deal with so many different problems with what people can and can't eat due to diet restrictions and all. I visited this facility The Prestige Assisted Living is in the same building as Richland Rehab. They are run by the same company. For two months, my mom was in Richland Rehab because she needed physical therapy. It was a wonderful experience. She didn't experience the assisted living side, but she did visit the site. I think the staff was really good. If mom was to move in, she would have to bring her own bed and things. The room looked adequate. I am a friend or relative of a resident Dad was at Richland Rehab. When he had his stroke in July after he left the hospital nine days later, he went to an Acute Care Hospital in Post Falls Idaho for three weeks. They had great staff at Richland Rehab. Their physical therapy people were wonderful -- their occupational people and the speech therapy guide that dad worked with. Her name was Eve; she was awesome. I am a friend or relative of a resident We chose Richland Rehabilitation Center and Eagle Assisted Living Community because they were connected to the rehab center where my parent was. One side is rehabilitation center, and the other wing is assisted living. The rooms are fine -- not anything extravagant -- just nice and clean. She has only been there for a couple of days now.
