Have been here for over two weeks now. Wife has developed open bed sore. Orders to turn her every two hours onviouslyy have not been followed. If you have a loved one here you better stay with them as much as you can or their health might suffer.. weekends are the worst here , seems woefully understaffed. God help you if you need assistance around shift change, it will take an hour to get anyone to come and do anything other than turn the call light out and say, "I:ll be back".

My name is Martha and my sister was Mary Coles. I will say for the first 6 months I wasn't very happy. But after that she was there for 3 years and I can tell you the service was wonderful. She had Cerebral Palsy and they treated her like nothing was wrong. They called her by her name. They learn to understand everything that she was saying. The aids was awesome, the nurses was great, housekeeping kept her room clean, maintenance was there anytime I needed him and the nurses practitioner kept me informed of her health. My sister's name was mary coles. I will say for the first 6 months. I wasn't very pleased, but after that. She was there 3 years, and I can tell you the service was wonderfu.l. she had cerebral palsy, and they treated her like nothing was wrong.
