My elderly friend sat in his soiled Depends 3 hours after staff was alerted. This is only one example of many. I cannot recommend this facility. The staff is unprofessional, and lacks empathy.
I have never worked for a company who could care less about their residents than Sycamore trails post-acute. The building is very old and needs repair. There are wooden handrails along the walls that have given people splinters because they are so scraped up and worn out. When you walk into the building from the back entrance, the hallway is so piled up with carts, boxes, etc that makes it a safety concern.
