I am/was a resident of this facility I've been in Willowbrook rehabilitation center 4 times..its wasn't what I wanted to do...but the staff was amazing..they have became my extended family...I can't say one bad thing about the place..the activities director alway has something going for us to do...the cnas and nurses took great care of me...ill never forget any of them!! Thank you all!!! I'm sure my stunts will always be remembered....😀😀😀

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident My friend is in there... in the last few days she has received major cuts and bruises on her arm and leg. When I was shocked I went to the desk to say my mom was ok'd an ibuprofen and the chart nurse started going off on me. She came to the room and I said maybe she should go to the ER. She said I'm not allowing her to go to the ER for that!!! I said have you seen the open cuts on her leg, ask she said what cuts on her leg... I pray dear Jesus please close this place down ... read more
I am a friend or relative of a resident I give this facility a "two" only because the staff working there for the most part is kind and caring. The place is an older facility, but they have done renovations and decorating to make it more patient friendly. My relative lived at this facility the final months of life. There seemed to be a lot of staff turnover and confusion or avoidance of duties. Two things stick out in my mind; even in retrospect they bother me.
