The care at South Creek is great. Lots of dedicated and hardworking people. However, it is very difficult to call and get ahold the place even during business hours. To top it off, there is no answering service! They need to have a way to communicate better. At least spend a few bucks to get an answering service to relay messages!
The facility itself is nice, clean, and well maintained, and the staff I have interacted with in person have been pleasant. Unfortunately, communication has been extremely frustrating. It is nearly impossible to get ahold of anyone by phone, and there seems to be very little follow through when messages are left. Most recently, I spent 22 minutes on hold just trying to reach the nurses station so I could leave yet another message, and I still have not received a call back.
