We have a family member at Highland Hills and we are impressed how kind and helpful the staff is to both us and the patient. We have observed that even the housekeeping staff is friendly and caring toward the patient.

Just left my 81 yr old sister who is in this facility post hip surgery. She has dementia & cancer. I have driven 5 hours each way from upstate NY twice in 2 weeks and say by her bed for many hours over 3 days each time. Omg! Substandard care to say the least! No rails on any of the beds and after sitting there Saturday for 5 hours and nobody ever walked in the room to check on her!!

I agree with the two previous reviews. This place only wants your money and is run by people with zero compassion. Money is their bottom line. Please do not leave your loved ones here.

The care quality is the worst. They ignored my mother and the type of care isn't up to par. They only want the patient's money. I would not go here for rehab or live there as a nursing facility. They need to improve on everything.

I'm writing this review as a former employee of many many years. The management specifically the administrator and the so-called Human Resources Director has created such a poor work environment. The morale has greatly decreased in this building over the years but her inability to properly do her job and help the staff is despicable. I would give her negative stars if I could!
