Great Aprtnent, Better Location Russian hill is easily one of the best neighborhoods in the city. It's safe, mostly quiet, and walking distance to just about everything you would need. The down side is definitely the amount of hills you need to conquer just to go to Walgreens. The building is older, well maintained and family owned.
