Very positive experience with helpful and kind customer service. Online payment and rental site is user friendly, even for those of us that are technology challenged.
So there's a lady that works there named Carla and she was amazing. She helped me out a lot today and I wouldn't go anywhere else to store my things
STAY AWAY! Terrible customer service, disrespectful and irresponsible with your belongings. Potentially discriminatory behavior. Don’t risk your dollars or valuables with Storage on 1st
Well I rented a storage unit online. I guess we’ll see if I have one when I get there. I didn’t see assigned unit, or gate code. So I don’t know how to get in or where to go if I do. But they took my money anyway.
