Our entire experience here with regard to renting a storage room as well as our RV parking rental has been phenomenal. The gentleman who works in the office is by far the best in customer service. Always willing to help. If I didn’t reach the office by phone, he immediately would call back to see what was needed. I highly recommend this place.
1st Class Storage is hands down the nicest storage facility in town! The facility is clean, safe and secure. HD cameras cover every inch of the property inside and out, giving me piece of mind that my equipment is safe and thieves could be easily identified. The access gate for parking spots is automatic with a pin code, and is always working! (Unlike previous facilities I have used) Sean takes pride in managing the property and provides top notch customer service. I cannot recommend them enough!
Great location. Very secure units with keypad access and security cameras everywhere.. Prices are very reasonable. The units are brand new, clean, and well maintained. Office staff are honest and friendly. I've been renting from 1st Class for almost a year now. No complaints.
Staff is extremely pleasant to work with. I currently have two units, with them. I have my RV parked in their secure lot. Very well lit, and spaced out parking. What I was paying at my previous lot, they offer here as a covered lot. I also have one of their storage units. With the extreme cold, I was surprised to find the units heated. UPDATE: 1st Class storage all the way!! Sean has been so helpful. He answered all my questions and concerns. When we moved out early, months earlier than we anticipated and there was an issue he found the solution. Thank you again for all your help!
