Staff is extremely pleasant to work with. I currently have two units, with them. I have my RV parked in their secure lot. Very well lit, and spaced out parking. What I was paying at my previous lot, they offer here as a covered lot. I also have one of their storage units. With the extreme cold, I was surprised to find the units heated. The process was easy and simple. I did everything online and it was fabulous. While we were moving stuff in, Shawn came down and welcomed us and was very kind and courteous. I would definitely recommend!!
Great place to rent a storage unit in Cartersville. Shawn that runs the place is very friendly and honest. Shawn makes you feel like a friend.
I came in person to reserve storage unit and Penske truck. We set up a reservation for a specific date when they were meant to be “open” as, duh, we set it up in person and was advised to do the final steps of renting the unit in person on the day of the reservation. I get there at the advised time (11:30) and the doors are locked with no one inside. I stayed in the parking lot until 12:50 calling and waiting as maybe the staff had a lunch.
