Our entire experience here with regard to renting a storage room as well as our RV parking rental has been phenomenal. The gentleman who works in the office is by far the best in customer service. Always willing to help. If I didn’t reach the office by phone, he immediately would call back to see what was needed. I highly recommend this place.
Great location. Very secure units with keypad access and security cameras everywhere.. Prices are very reasonable. The units are brand new, clean, and well maintained. Office staff are honest and friendly. I've been renting from 1st Class for almost a year now. No complaints.
Staff is extremely pleasant to work with. I currently have two units, with them. I have my RV parked in their secure lot. Very well lit, and spaced out parking. What I was paying at my previous lot, they offer here as a covered lot. I also have one of their storage units. With the extreme cold, I was surprised to find the units heated. When we moved out early, months earlier than we anticipated and there was an issue he found the solution. Thank you again for all your help!
