Our entire experience here with regard to renting a storage room as well as our RV parking rental has been phenomenal. The gentleman who works in the office is by far the best in customer service. Always willing to help. If I didn’t reach the office by phone, he immediately would call back to see what was needed. I highly recommend this place.
My husband and I moved to the Cartersville area this summer and one of the best decisions we made initially was setting up a storage unit at 1st Class Storage. Sean is absolutely awesome!! He has taken great care of us right from the beginning— always so helpful and beyond accommodating. 1st Class is a great storage facility, and I feel my belongings are in a place that is safe and secure and very well maintained.
Great location. Very secure units with keypad access and security cameras everywhere.. Prices are very reasonable. The units are brand new, clean, and well maintained. Office staff are honest and friendly. I've been renting from 1st Class for almost a year now. No complaints.
1st Class Storage is hands down the nicest storage facility in town! The facility is clean, safe and secure. HD cameras cover every inch of the property inside and out, giving me piece of mind that my equipment is safe and thieves could be easily identified. The access gate for parking spots is automatic with a pin code, and is always working! (Unlike previous facilities I have used) Sean takes pride in managing the property and provides top notch customer service. I cannot recommend them enough!
Shawn at 1st class storage is nothing short of amazing. From our first time reaching out to needing to change units and everything in between he’s been nothing but pleasant! You can’t go wrong getting a unit here!
