I am a current resident at your Walnut Creek apartment. I have had issues with reporting maintenance issues since we moved here. Some how a work order gets lost in the shuffle and takes over a month to get done. The maintenance people NEVER leave a note alerting us that they were in our home. The only reason why I know they were here this time is because they left a mess on my mantle and dripped paint on the expensive frame that my marriage license is in. We put in a work order, #9735926, for repair of a leak that appeared to be coming out of the exhaust fan in the second bedroom in our apartment M285. I initially was concerned that it was a roof leak, which would be difficult to find. Luis and Gene, the two people handling maintenance for Artesia, did a great job in figuring out what caused the leak, remedying the problem and then repainting the wall where the leak stain appeared.

After my apartment flooded, Phyllis arranged for the extraction crew, wall repair people and recarpeting in record time. The flood happened on a Sunday and everything was complete by Friday. Aaron was especially helpful in moving things for me since I am mobility impaired and needed help. Thank you Phyllis and Aaron. Louis and the extraction team were wonderful too!

After living in Our apartment in Audubon Gates for 4 months, and experiencing so many problems, with AC, and roof leaking. We were so grateful that KAREN came to be our new Apartment Manager. As soon as she is told of a problem, she will immediately make sure that it is fixed. She is a great manager, and really does care about the residents.

When I think of moving to a new apartment I generally am looking for the things that will make life in my new place most pleasant. Harper's Ferry is hands down the best complex I've ever lived in. It's so clean and well kept, the staff goes above and beyond. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful, quiet, safe and friendly place to live.

A work order was serviced by Ed and he was very Professional and seriously concerned about resolving the issue. He made several trips to his warehouse to make sure he was able to fix the problem. I am also impressed with Makala who works in the office. She has a beautiful personality when answering the phone and in person.

Ledell knows i work nights and does everything he can to make sure any maintenance is done in the afternoon. Today he came in and replaced my blinds in the living room, polite and professional as always. Love having him as my maintenance man.
