1st Quality Motors has the best sales people I have met. They bring you right in and make you feel comfortable. They answer all the questions you might have and explain what is needed to get you into a vehicle. Also Duke City Auto is a sister company. They also have the same environment. So they are both professional and good with people. Since Google only gives 5 stars. I'll give them a 10 stars 🤩👍

Very rude, customer service is a 1/5 or 0 if there is one the native worker won’t allow you to talk Navajo but they can speak there own language, disrespecting my father when we were purchasing a vehicle. Overall dissatisfied with customer service need to definitely work on that.the name of the worker that told my father he couldn’t speak Navajo is Greggory Chee we will be doing a report on him and the establishment because we are repeat customers and never had this problem until today 👎
My niece got a vehicle from there and about 1 month later they informed her the finance company wanted 500$ more from her. She called finance company and they said they don't do ask for more money down. What's with this?
