Very friendly and happy atmosphere. Dr. Ro, the main dentist, is super detailed at doing a comprehensive examination and explaining it to me. His dental assistant, Rita, who is very experienced, made the x-ray and dental photo exams comfortable as it can be. Quite impressed with the technology they use: a rod with cameras shoved into my mouth that gives me 3D picture of my whole teeth and a x-ray tube for cavity. Receptionists were responsive and did the insurance paperwork for me.
Dr. Chau has been my dentist for a few years. She is very caring and considerate . She often takes time to explain the condition of my teeth and gives me the options for the solution or treatment . She does not recommend unnecessary procedure to me. I am so pleased with her, so I convinced my son and his family to shift their dentist to her . They are equally pleased . The staff in her office are always polite too.
I have been having impressive dental experience with Dr. Chau in 20 Finch Dental. Dr. Chau is very patient, efficient and professional. She always takes time to discuss my dental health and explains the next steps clearly with a warm, approachable manner. My partner is definitely not a fan of any dental visits, but they have been so comfortable and relieved after the visit with Dr. Chau. On Jan 16, I had a teeth cleaning appointment at 11 am. I showed up on time and got told my appointment was changed to 12 without any kind of notice. So I sat there for an hour. When I saw the hygienist, she told me they can only clean half of the teeth because it's been a while. I asked if I can pay them double if they can finish the job on that day because my work is very busy while I'm also running a construction site. She said no. No problem I understood. Dr Ro Kim is a PROFESSIONAL!!! My guy knows what he’s doing, I today went to his office for my wisdom teeth removal and the whole vibe was upbeat which made my nervousness go away, the surgery was short professional and efficient. If you guys need to take out your wisdom teeth this place is the place!!!
