Great facility, a variety of excellent equipment, super clean, and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. We had a lot of fun checking out a 45 minute HIIT class with Maddie- GREAT workout, so much fun, & Maddie was motivating. Def check out 202 Strong. 💪🏼🤸🏽♂️
Great box. Dropped in while visiting. People and coaches were great.
The staff are very friendly and welcoming. They remind you that you are not in competition with anyone, that you go at your own pace. Each workout is different proving a lot of variety. I especially enjoyed the outdoor classes!
