I had the pleasure of getting some fillings done yesterday and I must say it was by far the best experience I’ve ever had at a dental office. Rachel at the front desk greeted me with the biggest smile and quickly got me set up within a few minutes for my appointment. Lauren escorted me back and was a huge help in explaining everything in detail from the work being done along with all my additional questions. Had a great experience with deep cleaning. I get anxious when it comes to dental treatment but here I gained confidence and was able to overcome my fear. Experienced no pain at all. The staff members are very polite and experienced. This is going to my go to place for dental checkups.
We have been going there for over 18 years and absolutely LOVE everyone in the office! They are so genuine in their connections with their patients, and take such amazing care of our dental care. We look forward to our appointments every time, and for someone that has historically not been a fan of going to the dentist, they make me feel so comfortable and at ease. They've also been so awesome with my son who is 13 now, but started seeing Dr. Roy and his team when he was 3!
Pennie who does the orthopedic care at 21st Century is amazing! I can’t say enough good things about her. She is truly incredible - personable, generous, and so knowledgeable. I have gone to 21st Century Dental for years. They are simply the best. But what's even better than how they have cared for me is how they take care of my 89 year old Mom. They're wonderful with her and just fixed her dentures so that they fit better than ever. She's thrilled and so am I.
