I started going to St Francis back when I had 2 very elderly pups. Dr Martinez was seeing them both. I loved how thorough and attentive she was. Listened to everything I had to say and was wonderful at explaining everything! Fast forward and I call to make an apt about this time last year and I find out she was gone. I was so upset to have finally found a vet that was incredibly empathetic and patient and now she was gone. I always heard great things about Dr. Musquiz, so I requested to see him. Excellent service. Dr Musquiz is a patient doctor. Listened to my concerns and came up with a working plan for my cat who has been fighting megacolon diagnosis. I am very confident in treatments and my go to when I start panicking because cat is not feeling well Dr Musquiz finds time to get him in for treatment. Front staff is awesome, professional and caring. I would recommend St Francis of Assisi to anyone.
They were booked and didn’t have any appointments this week or next week. However, after conferring with Dr Ruiz they offered to allow me to drop off in morning and my dog would be seen in between scheduled appointments. They called after her initial exam and then after labs. Felt like they listened and we came up with a plan. Glad they squeezed her in so she could get on the medication she needed. Thanks Dr Ruiz and staff.
I had questions on my little mean 6 yr old furry kid. I was answered n given options. Worked with my budget. Will be back soon.. this kid needs to get neutered!!!.
They are always so helpful and patient to answer your questions. They are also good about getting your test results back to you. I have gone to them since I moved here in 2007. I recommend them.

Everyone was so kind & polite. They had separate waiting areas for dogs & cats. My Bevo saw Dr. Olivares. He & the tech handled my furbaby with care. Dr Olivares took his time answering my questions & still took the time to ask if I had further questions. Bevo & I have definitely found his new vet!!! BEVO & I BOTH HIGHLY RECOMMEND DR. OLIVARES & ST. FRANCES OF ASSISI VETERINARY MED CENTER!
