This company's response to customers is absolutely fantastic. I purchased my A/C unit from them and got the service package. My A/C went out during one of the hottest and most humid days of summer. I have severe health issues and they talked my family through a reset and when that did not work, he came quickly even though he was booked for service calls. He had it running in under 30 minutes! Great place, great service I would recommend them to others.

I had the pleasure of meeting Dillon this weekend. He was the second technician to come to my home My air conditioner was having issues, the temps were off the charts. Dillon obviously fixed the issue but he was outstanding. I know he was out at the crack of dawn and into the night helping others. He had to have been exhausted from the heat but I would not know it because he was gracious, professional and truly wanted to solve the problem. I put in a 911 call to Home Comfort when my A/C died during this most recent heat wave, on a Saturday night, while I was out of town. They were the only ones able to schedule me the next day, and Mark the technician was easy to work with, communicated well (via phone), diagnosed the issue, and had my A/C up and running in less than two hours.

waste of time and money. tech was condescending and dismissive. tried to charge me an extra $150 because the top of my ac unit wasn't secure prior to him getting here. when i refused he abruptly left. so i paid $99 for absolutely nothing. call them at your own risk.

Called on the weekend, and the tech that called back sounded like he wanted nothing to do with helping out. Finally got someone a couple of days later. This tech recommended the most expensive possible repair and damaged my AC unit so that it was unusable after he left. Prior to him being here, my house got up to 80 degrees and was barely tolerable. Afterwards, it got up around 90 and I had to leave and stay at my in laws place for the sake of my dog and baby. Got to pay $99 for my troubles too.
