My furnace stopped working the other night and a friend got me in touch with 24Hour Home Comfort Services. Andrew arrived the next day and we discussed the age of my furnace and AC unit and products that were available for my home. I purchased a new system and 24Hour Home Comfort Service was able to come out the very next day to remove the old system and install the new system. Shortly after I bought my very first home (July 2021), the furnace broke down so I called 24Hr and they said it would be best to get a full replacement for my 20+ year old unit. Although I didn’t have extra money to spend, I agreed and my brand-new Rheem furnace was installed in Nov. 2021. The reason I agreed was because they sold me on a ‘full 5-year labor and 10-year parts’ warranty. Been using 24-hour service for a few years now on their maintenance plan and they are great at making sure we are scheduled for the maintenance and every service person who come here is nice and helpful. Today, we had Tom and he gave a little extra by sharing an apple cake recipe. Looking forward to trying it.
Field Tech, Dillon, diagnosed problem very professionally, clearly explained the problem, and took corrective action immediately. Also, very friendly and courteous. We were quite pleased with the service.
Service was very prompt the service tech was very polite and kind asked me if I had any questions he answered everything I asked showed me what he was going to do he was very knowledgeable I would highly recommend this company to anybody
