I have lived here for the past two years. The building is clean and quiet. The apartment is quiet but too small for its price, and the AC units are very loud and don’t stand cold weather. The management is very uncooperative and less professional. They ignored my paper requests and charged me for a fake failed check after I moved out. I rate it three stars because the receptionist team and maintenance are good. Otherwise, I would rate it with two stars.
25 Maple is AMAZING! The management team is top notch. We work with them on many catering/social events for the residents and they are always thinking outside the box. Striving to improve the resident community experience. I have worked with communities all over NY and I can honestly say I am super impressed. Shout out to David and Sandra who are both A +
I wanted to share my experience with the team at 25 Maple. Claire was fantastic during the apartment sale process, but after move-in. Extremely hard/impossible to get in touch with her. communication with the property manager, David, has been limited. He's only responsive during building-wide announcements and I've never met him, also difficult to get on the phone. Taking a star off solely for that. I'm thoroughly enjoying my apartment! David made the transition incredibly smooth, clearly explaining each step and efficiently moving the process forward. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. The on-site parking is a great added convenience.
Been living here since it opened 2 years ago and everything from staff , cleaning crew , concierge has been nothing less than incredible. I love 25 maple and 10/10 recommend . P.S Rolland has been a gem
