We needed our motor home repaired. Richard offered advice over the phone to help address the issue before he came out, which we appreciated about him (most techs won’t do that). However, we still needed him to come out and replace a part. He came out within a day and quickly repaired the issue. He tries to educate the owner on what he is doing. His work ethic is second to none and is very patient. We would highly recommend Richard at 251 Solutions if you are in the area.
