I don't recommend living here especially in the north facing apartments you will get no sun throughout the entire day which is literally depressing and not good for your health. Also neighbors are quite loud and rude and despite numerous noise complaints nothing gets done. The hot tub is a lukewarm tub that no one uses. There's constant construction noise because the elevator constantly breaks among other things in the building.
