Mate was quick to respond…. He repaired our air conditioner in less than 30 minutes …. He does feat work and always cleans up. In addition to that, mate is pleasant, friendly, groomed and professional. Mate is one the best, if not THE best Super or Maintenance partner I’ve had in the many building I’ve lived in NYC.

Mate is the BEST maintenance/super I’ve had in the many buildings where I’ve lived in NYC. Thorough, quick response time, great follow-thru. Mate is also friendly with a smile on his face when he comes in. The kindness my skid frivolous , however it’s VERY important. Mate is TRUSTWORTHY - I’m never if he enters my apartment when I am not at home.

Nice staff, good quality appliances, excellent view to Manhattan and easy commute to the UN.
This is a great building to live in. My roommate and I did our due diligence when it came to looking for a place in LIC and this building checked all of the boxes. Our views are out of this world! Its accessibility to all of the major subway lines is unbeatable compared to many of the other buildings we looked at.
