These are the worse apartments I have ever lived in. There is homeless people walking through the apartments and breaking into vacant apartments. Trash hasn’t been picked up in months. No maintenance to fix issues. A/C barely blows air out the vents. Roaches and gnats in the kitchen. Someone lit what sounded like a firework in the building next to me and it started a fire.
If I could give it 0 stars, I would. You know the good reviews are fake because they don't even have a pool. These apartments are full of homeless people who break into your car and even try to break into your apt at night. It's a very dangerous place to live. You can't even be outside after the sun goes down because the lights don't work. Nothing works here. There's no ac and either no hot water or no cold water. The new office people are the worse. Code compliance need to pay this place a visit IMMEDIATELY. The living conditions here are horrible they are infested with roaches, rats, water bugs you name it it's here. Oh yeah the AC unit hasn't worked here in over 2 years. There is no maintenance onsite the trashcan are over filled. Management will not answer calls and of they do they always seem to be irritated. First of all, I lived here for 5 years and they never fixed the A/C & HEATER, the winters were hard and not to mention the summers. I think i was getting sick due to the poor conditions we lived in, breathing that mold that constantly came out from the walls.. all they do was just put more paint on it. It feels like every time they hired worse and worse people in the office. I am a an Amazon Driver that unfortunately has to deliver to this filthy area. I honestly feel so nasty walking through those apartments I have to watch over my shoulder as is so sketchy.
