Excellent work. Done on time and great quality and price!
A good job, but many communication glitches. The floor was not placed in a random pattern, as agreed upon. Some of the tiles were not laid not randomly, which is noticeable. I had to ask for the senior citizen discount, it was not offered. I learned about it by browsing the website. I was also not offered a payment plan, learned about it after my husband had paid the bill. It would have been nice if the discount and the payment plan were mentioned up front. Customer service needs improving.
Mark has always been there for me when it comes to floors! Thank you Mark for being good at what you do, getting the job done in a timely manner at a reasonable price! Keep up the good work!
2nd Street floors saved my open house this past April, they are very professional and on the job the very next day when the other contracted company was a know show. Mark and his team were amazing! They were by far the best in terms of not only quality and craftsmanship but also price. Mark was knowledgeable about his products and made himself available throughout the entire process- even responding to a text after hours and consulting with his distributor late at night, all to ensure he delivered an incredible result within our strict time constraints. We could not be happier with our decision to use 2nd Street Floors by Mark and have already scheduled our next project!
