This apartment complex is very poorly managed. The water is always getting shut off for repairs at least once a month for hours at a time once it was shut off for 3 days most of the time with no warning. I've had to go to work un showered multiple times! So this would be my biggest complaint about Kairoi 3100 Pearl. Also, the staff is very condescending and unprofessional toward tenants and does not seem to care about tenants needs ex. a package was delivered to the mail room for me and the Office staff took it and said they... read more
