If you like living in a "luxury" apartment where the elevator is broken for 3-4 months every year, this place is for you! Seriously, don't move here. New management spends more time on book clubs than they do on worthwhile maintenance. An absolute joke. Update: Upon moving out, we received a bill including hundreds of dollars of fraudulent fees, that do not align with the lease we signed. I started interacting with Pearl in early December, and I have nothing but good things to say. I've been living here for a little while, and everything from flexibility with the move-in inspection to service requests has been fast and accommodating. The gym is overall very nice, and the heated hot tub available year-round is an amazing amenity.
What a great experience moving into an apartment after so many years owning. Kathryn was an incredibly attentive and friendly representative as well as offering me some great deals. We visited lots of units and she was so helpful in identifying and supporting my needs. She has been nothing less than a great host.
