Best experience! I had low expectations of seeing anything besides dolphins because it's Jan, but I was thoroughly surprised. On my little personal adventure I saw over 10 manatees, dolphins, a baby alligator, turtles, lots of birds, a train, and a waterfall. Loved the peacefulness of the trip. Thank you for a great kayak rental.
The staff were incredibly helpful and so kind. I rented two kayaks on Sunday, and the next day I rented a small pontoon boat. I arrived a little early for my reservation, and was told I could take the boat early and even stay a little past my allotted time. One of the boat passengers was handicapped, and the staff ensured we were able to easily accommodate them safely getting them on and off the boat. I cannot say good enough things about my experience, and I will be back many more times
321 Boat Club is the best! Steve and the guys and girls down there have been nothing but truly wonderful. As a Club Member for over 15 years we love our boat club! The boats are always reliable, the marina looks like a picture on a post card it's so tropical and breathtaking when you start the day. Thanks guys, Jeff

The online rental process was smooth and user-friendly, and they made it easy to adjust our reservation when our plans changed.
