Just moved in and so far very happy with The Abby. The building manager, Brandy, went above and beyond to make the application and move-in process go smoothly. The apartment was spotless at move-in and the building looks great as well. Brandy has been very responsive, professional and caring in all of our interactions with her. Everything you might need is within blocks and the neighborhood is beautiful. Highly recommend this property.
As a new tenant at the Dore, Brandy from management has been incredible to work with throughout the touring and move-in process. Within a few hours of calling initially, I was able to tour an apartment, and she went above and beyond to help me view another unit when my first option turned out to be unavailable. I toured these apartments in 2025, and the manager was outstanding. My friend submitted a request to tour the property with me, and within two hours, we were able to tour an available apartment. The manager went out of her way to help me with the application process etc. The property was well managed and looked well kept. People were friendly there too. If you are looking for a DC apartment, please consider Connecticut Avenue Apartments while you search. You won't be disappointed.
My husband and I are new residents at the Abby and so far have had an absolutely wonderful experience. Our apartment manager Brandy is very kind and considerate, she made our move easy and quick and was so incredibly helpful!! We’re thrilled that she is our main point of contact for everything. Great location great price and great management with no pest problems at such an old building. Apartment manager Brandy and the maintenance team are very proactive to solve problems. It’s definitely a great place to live.
