Chrissy, Phillip and the 360 Alarm team have been so amazing to work with. They answer when we need them and they schedule appointments to accommodate our needs and schedule. We used several other alarm companies prior to finding them and we won't go back. I would highly recommend you give them a call today!
Great company, the technician explained how to use the system and made sure I was comfortable with everything before they left. I really like being able to access my alarm no matter where I am. They were also very quick to pick up the phone and answer my questions.
I have used 360 alarm for the last year at my business and recently used them to replace another company I had used at my residence. Great people. Great customer service. This is the way I try to run my business and they do an excellent job !!!! Could not recommend any more highly.
Stephen came out today post MONTHS of problems with our new Brinks Alarm System (recently switched from AT&T Digital Life). Stephen efficiently and professionally set-up a WORKING system with updated control panel and door and alarm sensors. He called ahead of his visit, showed up on time, set-up our system, checked each system component, was respectful and professional throughout his time on our property. Wow! Wish he had been the one who managed our conversion from Day One. Thank you, Steven!
I’ve had these guys work on my alarm initially as they were subcontracted out to do repair work for one of the national alarm companies. The techs were really good, did exactly what I asked, and no high pressure trying to convince me to ‘upgrade’ to X or Y. They stood out enough that when I decided to move away from the national alarm company I remembered the local guys and moved over to them.
