Amazing move in experience! Laura helped us every step of the way, and 360 is lucky to have her there! The team, including Arie, Laura, and Chad truly care, and it shows! This is the first apartment they truly feels like home; we feel safe, well maintained property, and incredible staff. Bonus with location and being in the heart of WDSM and having the convenience to everything. We love living here!
I have lived here for the last year. The property management company recently provided the personal cell phone numbers and personal email addresses of all residents to a company that sends us multiple "helpful reminders" every day. The company sends automated texts and emails to every single resident EVERY DAY reminding us to create an account with them in order to tell them that I have no pets. Update: The maintenance team is excellent here. Turnaround time is unbelievable 💪🏼 Love it here! Walked in on the Monday after the 4th of July weekend at 9 AM and met Laura. By 3 PM, I had my apartment key in hand. Laura and the property manager were extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and kind. I had just relocated from Savannah, so I was incredibly grateful for how hard they worked to get me in so quickly 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 As for the property—it really sells itself. Chad did a great job in replacing my water filter for my refrigerator. He is polite, friendly, and professional. It is always a pleasure to see him.
We just visited my daughter and her boyfriend for Memorial Day weekend and we had a marvelous time. They recently moved to 360 Jordan West and we were so impressed!!! The landscape, the pool and the hammocks are so awesome! What an excellently managed and kept up complex! Hats off to the management!!
