My son has been with the company for a few years, now, and we have nothing but praise for the team at 360 Behavioral health. The team has always excelled in expectations ranging from parental communication down to the practical application of the ABA philosophy. If it was not for the Apple Valley 360 Behavioral Health staff my son would still be nonverbal with complex aggressive behaviors. Such an amazing place! My daughter graduated today and has made amazing progress!!! I would recommend to anyone that is looking for this type of service!!!! Love everyone at 360!!!!
We had a therapist physically hold my son down and now that we fired this company we recieved a bill for a supposed copay from September. The bill is dated 12/13 and mailed 1/11/24 by the postmark. They are also billing for months of therapy that did not happen. I will be reporting them to the appropriate agencies, starting with my insurance for billing fraud and CPS for child abuse.
Caring, compassionate, driven staff. When situations can become a problem, the staff make it their priority to work as a team and get the job done. No one is alone here! Very well rounded, hard working, and trusting people here at 360 Behavioral Health.
