Excellent experience with 3Degrees Plumbing, Heating & Cooling! Juan Rosa was professional, polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. I was impressed with the technology used during the visit. Juan walked me through the process on his tablet, making everything clear. His attention to detail and excellent customer service were outstanding. Highly recommend Juan and the 3Degrees team!
Called two other HVAC providers — one phone disconnected; the other never called back. Tried 3Degrees and live person answered, listened to my problem snd scheduled a tech visit same day. Tech Juan Rosa arrived 30 min early, checked my service and concluded problem belonged to PSEG. Even called their Construction Department and verified his diagnosis !! Juan and his colleague were both truly knowledgeable. Juan came in and immediately saw the issue with my bathtub drain. They both went above and beyond to replace, install, and repair the issues inside of my home. They worked fast and efficiently. I even applied for the yearly membership because I appreciated their work and when I have any issue again I will be calling!
Juan was terrific! He diagnosed the leak immediately and gave and explained the best solution. He also came immediately when we called. I will definitely use him again for any plumbing needs.
As a new client with the company, I was impressed by the communication, the updates, the in depth texts with a picture of my maintenance man Brian for quick and safe identification! Brian was … PERFECT! Knowledgeable , personable, efficient, kind and patient with all my questions! Plus he was meticulous about cleaning up, and took his work boots off , replacing them with disposable foot condoms, to keep our rugs and home spotless! I LOVE THE SERVICE, THE COMPANY AND BRIAN!!
