We have had a great experience with 3Degrees so far and will continue using their services in the future! They installed a reverse osmosis water system for our home and we couldn't be happier with it. They have also been back to help us with some additional projects, their efficiency and communication is top notch. Highly recommend!
Excellent experience with 3Degrees Plumbing, Heating & Cooling! Juan Rosa was professional, polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. I was impressed with the technology used during the visit. Called two other HVAC providers — one phone disconnected; the other never called back. Tried 3Degrees and live person answered, listened to my problem snd scheduled a tech visit same day. Tech Juan Rosa arrived 30 min early, checked my service and concluded problem belonged to PSEG. Even called their Construction Department and verified his diagnosis !! Juan and his colleague were both truly knowledgeable. Juan came in and immediately saw the issue with my bathtub drain. They both went above and beyond to replace, install, and repair the issues inside of my home. They worked fast and efficiently. I even applied for the yearly membership because I appreciated their work and when I have any issue again I will be calling!
Andrew and his crew showed up to my house as scheduled and were able to repair some duct work that had been giving us issues for years. The work was very fairly priced and he was able to communicate exactly what the problem was and how to sustain our system long-term. I’d highly recommend 3Degrees for anyone looking to expand their current HVAC system or make upgrades.
