I’ve been living at 311 for two years now, and I can confidently say it has been an excellent experience. The management team is extremely helpful, responsive, and always available whenever something is needed. The staff is genuinely friendly and welcoming, which really makes a difference in day to day living. Shout out to Adam, Dave and Kadeem! The building itself is modern, clean, and very inviting. High end. First class building in great location. Real nice gym that is open 24 hours. Kadeem and Jerry in the leasing office rock. Just nice people. Hard working. Honest. Love NY and love the vibe in the building.
Not a good apartment complex. The concierge (Adam) that works here is very nice and helpful. The maintenance (Dave) is very knowledgeable and quick to respond to fix any issues. The biggest drawback is that there is a low of weed smell throughout the building and the office doesn’t really do anything about it. We even have a video with our neighbors smoking . Adam at the front desk is the best! Always helpful and finds solutions. Dave is also amazing, and was always at my apt within 30 minutes any time I put in a service request. Our experience moving out of the building was incredibly disappointing as we reserved the freight elevator correctly and the female at the front desk told us we had to wait to use the elevator which would delay our moving process and told us there is "nothing I can do" to help us. The team is so accommodating and amazing!!! Response times are very reasonable and everyone is so friendly. You don’t feel like a burden for asking questions or sending emails. I love it here. Living here is worth every penny. Shout out to Eric Perry especially!!! What a superhero!
