I’ve been living at 311 for two years now, and I can confidently say it has been an excellent experience. The management team is extremely helpful, responsive, and always available whenever something is needed. I joined the building through a tenant assignment and unfortunately found the apartment in a terrible state when I moved in. I reached out to Eric, Bobby, and their team, and they truly did everything in their power to turn the situation around. They were professional, attentive, and took the time to walk through the apartment with me carefully. Thanks to their responsiveness and genuine care, I now feel great about living here and truly appreciate the way they handled everything — it made all the difference!
311 11th Ave is where you want to live. I’ve been living here for 2 years now and couldn’t be any happier. The doormen are all so nice and helpful. Alex the head super is amazing along with Vinny and many other maintenance men. Eric Perry our property manager in the building is great and genuinely cares. Where close to everything and have a coffee and supermarket attached to the building it doesn’t get any better.
Not a good apartment complex. The concierge (Adam) that works here is very nice and helpful. The maintenance (Dave) is very knowledgeable and quick to respond to fix any issues. The biggest drawback is that there is a low of weed smell throughout the building and the office doesn’t really do anything about it. We even have a video with our neighbors smoking . High end. First class building in great location. Real nice gym that is open 24 hours. Kadeem and Jerry in the leasing office rock. Just nice people. Hard working. Honest. Love NY and love the vibe in the building.
