I’ve been living at 311 for two years now, and I can confidently say it has been an excellent experience. The management team is extremely helpful, responsive, and always available whenever something is needed. The staff is genuinely friendly and welcoming, which really makes a difference in day to day living. Shout out to Adam, Dave and Kadeem! The building itself is modern, clean, and very inviting. I moved from the Bronx in 2024 and I have been here exactly two years. Where I previously lived I had lived there my entire life so I was wondering if I would ever get that "home" feeling again. As soon as I got here I started to realize how great of an experience I will be having. First, the maintenance crew Emmanuel, Vinny, Logan, Mario, etc. those guys bend over backwards to make any and all requests met. They do an excellent job. Moved to NYC from California and spent quite a bit of time apartment hunting, but I couldn’t be happier that I ended up at 3Eleven! The staff truly makes the experience, Adam (front desk), and Vinny and Enmanuel (maintenance) are all super helpful, and everyone working hard in the package room. The building itself is beautiful, with some of the best amenities I’ve seen. The dog park is a standout, and the rooftop has incredible views of Manhattan. Doesn’t get better than this!
I’ve had a great experience living here. The building is beautiful, the apartments are thoughtfully designed with high-end finishes and appliances, and the location is incredibly convenient with so much nearby. The staff are friendly, professional, and always helpful. Adam and the rest of the team do a great job making residents feel welcome and taken care of. Highly recommend!
The building is perfectly located and creates the ultimate convenience with gym, grocery store, and now coffee shop in the building. Having Adam at the front desk always gives a sense of security and welcome when I'm in New York, and in-general the staff have been excellent. Would easily recommend for anyone looking for a modern, clean, and well serviced building in Hudson Yards.
