I worked for the company for a month they do make it clear they are commission based. What they don't know they bother people at there homes get the cops called on them. Leave hired people broke and homeless. They do sales with frontier which is there client. But Devin vidal the branch manager gets around 80k a week in wires while the people he hires and gives a year dream till they eventually quit. I will say that working here, like any other sales agency, is cutthroat in the way that those who aren’t good at convincing people to change will fail sooner than people who have a way with words. X, Jairo, Cullen, Jovonn, and many others did help with sales tactics and breaking out me of my shell and such; however it is a sales job after all. Point being: enter at your own risk, unless you either have a backup plan or are good at talking.
Please don't apply if you need a constant paycheck. Or if your not good in sales. The culture is shady and fake anti family oriented. It’s the squid game of marketing jobs. If you have bills to pay don't apply if you can't deliver in sales you'd be wasting your time. I was almost in financial ruin they didn't care. And they lack good training skills and organizational skills if you see them on indeed apply somewhere else for your own sake
Cullen was very helpful. He helped me and my partner understand the full extent of the services offered. Cullen explain it multiple times to where I felt comfortable. I wish all salesman were as knowledgeable and pleasant as this young man.
I absolutely love the growth and opportunity that has been presented being here. Being at 3v expansions I’ve learned so much about sales and marketing and with these tools I’ve been on track to do a complete 180 with my life
