Customer service is awful. Double talk . Don't keep their word and waste your time.. 2025.. I dealt with them prior in 2018 and had a great experience. NOT so much now.
all these on line places like this I would not recommend they rush u together sale done stick you with junk than ignore you stick with the main dealership less headaches not just this one but all on linebits border line criminal what they all do over priced junk
Horrible experience after sale
Have owned a truck 16 months only put 15,000 kms on the truck and needs a transmission warranty only covers 2500-100 you have to pay for deductible. Plus told could up grade after having truck for a year false commitments they do no such thing total lies.
RecommendedBought a truck from these guys got told that if it was ever an accident, the supposed gap insurance they sold would cover it. They did not, we were misled by the product. And the salesman do not buy vehicles from here and best off. Do not ever buy gap insurance? Anybody wants to know the name of the company that has the gap insurance PM me, I'll gladly tell you. And anyone else that wants to know the name of the company. I will tell everybody.
Won’t go back here. I’ve purchased 4 vehicles from 401 auto, and everytime they get their sale and then have nothing to do with me for any follow up questions or concerns. It’s ridiculous.
Recommendedwe bought a car with the help of kazi.. awesome guy.. made things very easy.. very helpful man...this is pro.. now the con.. after getting the car home we found a small chip in the windshield that had an extremely poor fill job done on it.. 3weeks later finally the service manager tells us it was not there when the car left.. calling me a liar.. and refuses to come good on the repair that should have been no issue.. then proceeded to tell me i can go through insurance.. and after i said no.. this is your issue.. he hung... read more
