Love this building. My friend lives on the top floor and it has the best views of Tennyson. It’s new, and his unit has great finishes. Obviously the neighborhood is awesome too.

The leasing team was helpful and responsive during my visit. I arrived 15 minutes early and to my surprise they were ready and waiting. The building is beautifulllll, modern finishes throughout. Plenty to do and see on Tennyson... cocktails, dinners, and the park right across the street... the location is unbeatable.

Very bad experience. They charged me for an extra week without my authorization and didn't refund my money.
