449 is a wonderful place to work on stabilizing your mental health! I received stellar assistance in identifying my mental hurdles and appropriate, efficient ways to work through them. This has allowed me to set achievable goals for my future with a positive, ambitious mindset.
I wouldn’t have found myself to be closer to my higher power if I hadn’t been attending the Center in their influence of finding my spirituality that is taught throughout daily. 449 changed my attitude in life of peace and happiness in so many ways.
This program is Awesome, I got all the support I needed. The staff are amazing and they really care about you as a person. I encourage anyone who is thinking about going to 449 to take the first step and commit.
