I recently had a highly disappointing experience with 49 Self Storage. My interactions with the staff, particularly an employee named Shannon, were extremely frustrating and unprofessional. When I arrived, I had several questions about the different storage unit options and pricing. However, Sharon completely ignored my inquiries and was more interested in playing on her phone. Excellent customer service from Patricia! I haven't moved in yet but the reservation and contract process has been super easy. and reassuring I will review again once I've moved in and experienced a month or two storage.

Excellent experience so far! Saw some reviews saying the process was complicated but it's FAR FROM THE TRUTH. Start to finish, it was a 5 minute phone call. Got emails instantly. Digitally signed everything. Got my codes. Simple! Pulled up to unit. The grounds and unit was immaculate! I opened up my unit and a brand new lock was waiting for me with a fresh bottle of water. 49er storage offered the best customer service possible. Today I had Jonathan he was curtious and professional. Every experience with them has been excellent. The grounds are kept very clean. I will use them again if needed. I have recommended them numerous times.
