I purchased a Highlander without even look it at it and having it delivered, and it turned out to be an absolutely great vehicle. This is a very reputable company ran by some great people. Thank you for giving my family an affordable safe used vehicle. 10/10
Came here looking for a graduation gift for my 17 year old daughter. While looking over a car I see the salesman talking to my 14 year old daughter and I hear him ask for her snap name. She tells him she doesn't use snap so he says "what about Facebook or X" I told him to get away from my daughter and bring out his supervisor and the guy tells me he owns the business then says im not welcome on his lot. . We left and WILL NOT come back.
Stopped to look at a truck and when the one I was looking at had obvious wreck damage that the guy tried to cover up. the guy told me he'd give me $10 to come leave a 5 star review. I told him to keep his lunch money. P.S. calling people names will definitely not get them to reconsider your business as an acceptable option. I have moved on and purchased a truck from a reputable dealer that appreciates their customers.
Sold us a used vehicle and once off the lot, we had to replace the transmission and they never followed through with helping us to replace or repair the vehicle as we only had it for less than a month. Last place to purchase or inquire to anyone. Worst place to purchase any kind of used vehicle.
