I ordered from here Sunday night. I ordered the border attack and the tequila wrappers. I waited forever in the to go pick up line. Tipped the girl who was working her butt off good. Got home and my tequila wrappers were flipped upside down in the box and the tacos had a toothpick in them that I chocked on and nearly swallowed. I called immediately and spoke to a manager who told me to call any of the days he was working and he would replace my whole order and give me a gift card for the situation. Mel the bartender was by FAR THE WORST! I could careless if you’re sick or not don’t come to work but her service was the worst ever. NEVER WILL I GO BACK THERE and will tell everyone I know not to go there as well!!!
In a day and age when restaurants are already short staffed… Its sad they won’t bother to work around college students that are willing to work !! . Instead of having an extra servers on the weekends .. They lost many ..
I have gone here for YEARS and never had the service that I had tonight. Our waitress left much to be desired. We were checked on more by other servers and the bar staff than we were by our waitress. She would ask a question and then rush off. Food was good as always but I was severely disappointed in the service. We will not be attending this location again after this evening.
Any other day, this restaurant would get 5* hands down. It is well run and they consistently get our order correct. But you have an issue with your Balsamic recipe. We've been coming here 3x a week for months and this past week your dressing is disgusting. It is runny and tastes like tangy vinegar. I reported this and we were offered 20% off or another dressing, but there isn't another dressing that pairs with the Summer Chicken salad. Steak was not cooked, at all. Fries were mushy when I picked them up. Disappointed.
