Normal have great things to say about this place. Waitress started out fine till my 10 year old daughter told her she didn't get mayo then the Waitress told her that it will only take her like 20 seconds to get it and rolled her eyes at her. Totally rude and ruined our night out. I go there a couple times a week but after this don't think we will be going back.
Would've enjoyed my dinner had the manager general manager not carried on with an unhappy customer right behind us LITERALLY the ENTIRE time we were trying to enjoy our meal! All "over tea" for over hour solid! Seriously!! This manager needs some training make it right if you're going to and move on - don't egg it on forever - your other customers don't want to hear it 🙄🙄🙄
Had a burger. It was good. But the toppings. Old. Lettuce was kinda brown. Onion an pickle was rubber. An the tomatoes were so small. An a burnt bun. The patty was perfect. Med rare.just like I ordered.
The wife ordered a sandwich and she told the waitress No lettuce. She hates lettuce. I told the waitress the last time we were here they messed it up and added it anyway to her sandwich. I told her this time put it in big bold letters No lettuce. Well......Got the sandwich and guess what??? Yep. It had lettuce on it. Service was fair but the steak was terrible. Tough and over cooked.
The rattlesnake pasta was dry & my bread was hard like they put it in the MICROWAVE, also they didn't put my sauce on my hot wings,I DON'T KNOW WTF was going on in 54TH STREET BAR & GRILL LAST NIGHT,also the pasta had big HUNKS of damn near raw red peppers in it,IT WAS HORRIBLE!!!!
Sons salad wasn't that good the dressing was warm and had a bad taste
I normally have good service but today was the worst experience I've had there. Server brought us our appetizers, then disappeared. Took forever to get a refill on drinks. After waiting probably 30 minutes for burgers and chicken strips, our server finally came over and said it would be longer because the cook messed up our order and it had to be redone.
