My husband and I placed a to go order of their chicken nachos (twice). We were told our order would be ready in 15 to 20 minutes. I made it a point to arrive 10-15 minutes ahead of what the hostess told me, as I don't care to eat cold food (sometimes your food sits in the back). That didn't work...my food was still cold! I've had to request a second order of fresh, warm nachos twice! Maybe the food is better prepared when you dine in??
Weve been sitting here waiting for 35 minutes, to eat. Was told it would be a 20 minutes wait. Bigger parties that have came after us have already been seated. Went to ask the host what was going on, and was told we've been only waiting for 3 minutes. Horrible service. Still waiting.
Over priced food for the quality and service- Party of 6 adults squeezed into a corner table and two appetizers came out with three plates, all food came out missing sauces & garnishes. Refills and such had to be requested multiple times - it was not good to say the least- won’t be back if we can help it.
Cold food and no offer to comp. not a fan and overpriced Called ahead and when got there the hostess was like it will be longer than we told you because we forgot some people.
Walked in to not very friendly hostesses, then hostess did not place silverware and menus at our seats, then felt rushed throughout our lunch, server did not upsell or ask if we wanted another beer or any dessert. Loved this place until today.
We went on Friday night and everything was so good the service the food the time in and out everything was awesome so good with that we go back on Saturday what a disappointment! The food took 30 minutes and then it was lukewarm! On the way out the door I asked to speak to the manager Jessie and he seemed as if he didn't even care. I would not recommend this place because it is too inconsistent and the apathy of the manager let me know he didn't really care about his customers 😤👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
I have eaten here several times. I have never had a baked potato that was warm enough to melt butter. Last night, my wife's auju for her French dip was green..... For the money, there are better places to eat in my opinion.
Service was poor. Hate to wait a long time for food. Had my server made sure my drink was full that would have been great too. Very unhappy
