Overpriced, Cajun steak sandwich. Where's the beef it was nothing but sauce and green and red peppers.

I ordered the country fried steak and was not impressed. The edge of the steak was all crunchy and burnt and there was hardly any meat in the middle. They only put a small amount of gravy on the steak and my fries were soaking in the rest. The mac n cheese was cold or maybe they just stuck it in a microwave, but it did not taste very fresh. The only good thing I got from there was a bottle of Not Your Fathers Root Beer; But of course that doesn't require cooking or prepping skills. My family came for lunch on Saturday to your restaurant. We found out today your server added an extra $10 to my mother in law's tip this weekend. She called to complain and you removed it, but you did not let your server go or reprimand him (to my knowledge) for stealing from customers. This is terrible customer service and my family will not be returning to your restaurant.
Used to be my favorite place but food was cold. Potato was raw no flavor. Won't be back. Brought my boyfriend there for 1st time and he also disappointed
Food was very mediocre. I was not impressed. Great service from the bartenders though.
