I had the pleasure to work with Tyler. He was in my parents’s neighborhood and offering to upgrade yo Fiber for free. He made the process seamless, and I was able to upgrade my parents home to fiber. The install will be in a few days. Thank you for the work you do Tyler, you made this upgrade very easy. I appreciate your kindness and professionalism. AT&T is lucky to have a person like you work for them.
TJ Wilson has been so helpful in helping me figure out what package for my household to transition to At&T fiber optics. He keeps it real, answers all my questions, and has been very patient with me.
