I rented in this building many years ago. I had a great 18 months living in SF. The apartment #303 was spacious, quiet, had a nice balcony, nice views, the location was perfect. As I say, this was many years ago. A man named Milan was in charge of the building. Anyway, I don’t know what it’s like today but I have very fond and warm memories of living here.
I moved into the building in mid-February, and unfortunately, my experience over the past 2.5 months has been disappointing. First, there have already been three separate days when water was shut off during work hours, with only a few day's notice each time. More significantly, about 6 weeks after I moved in, residents were informed of a major 6-month (or longer) construction project to replace all the balconies in the building.
